Details
JA Pistons are precision CNC machined from state of the art forgings for maximum strength and low weight. Specially developed high tensile forged aluminum has been chosen after decades of research and development, and provides incredible strength and stability under high stress conditions. All dome or dish features have smooth flowing radii and require no deburring or preparation before installation.

2 or 3 forging steps process yeilds a fine structural grain oriented in fibers in the same direction of the stresses.
JAmodifed Forged Pistons are designed for naturally aspirated or moderate nitrous applications, and they are made from 4032 aluminum, making them up to 20 percent lighter than traditional forged pistons. The forging process of these pistons eliminates metal porosity, improves ductility, and enables the piston to run cooler than a cast piston. Engineered to run tighter piston-to-wall clearances and for longevity, forged pistons are ideal for street performance, endurance racing, and drag racing applications.
