Benz—M274-1.8L piston engine：Bore 3.267 -CR9.8

We produce over 50,000 forgings and 20,000 fully machined pistons to our customers’ designs. In our dedicated piston facility, our pistons are made to the highest quality levels (and often to tight deadlines) from forgings, machined billet 2618, 4032 or MMC.

JA forged piston has a unique PTFE coating and 4032 alloy (T6) grade on the skirt,The top of the forged piston is also polished to better resist the knock of high-performance piston engines. Polishing allows heat to spread more evenly in the chamber, which will help prevent “hot spots” on the car piston crown.
